Experience

Ricardo currently heads the Arbitration and Regulatory Law Practice Group and is a member of the Civil, Commercial and Constitutional Litigation Practice Group.

His experience includes participating in civil, commercial and administrative proceedings, and the filing of special appeals on points of law (cassations), constitutional relief proceedings and other constitutional proceedings in defense of the rule of law.
