His experience includes arbitrations under the rules of the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce, the Dispute Resolution Commission of the Chamber of Industry of Guatemala and administrative and judicial proceedings in tax matters. He also has experience in fraud, insolvency and compliance advice.
He is an assistant professor of Tax Law I and II courses at the School of Law of the Isthmus University.
