Experience

Mauricio joined the Law Firm in 2010. He is a member of the Criminal Litigation Practice Group of the Law Firm, with ample experience in Intellectual Property litigation, Criminal Law, and white-collar crimes.

He has acquired ample experience for more than 28 years in Criminal Law, forensic studies and investigation at the Special Cases Unit, the Attention to Victims Department and at the Agency against Organized Crime and the International Theft of Vehicles of the Public Prosecutor’s Office, and as a trial attorney. He has also advised international entities, international organizations, and Government agencies in crime investigations.

  • He is currently attending a Legal Investigation Course.
