Experience

Leopoldo has extensive experience in the investigation and litigation of criminal and human rights cases, obtained through his work in the most important civil society organizations in the country and International Cooperation Organizations such as UNDP, AID (PAVI Project) and Latin American Development Corporation (CDL, Quito Ecuador), General Prosecutor’s Office (MP), Human Rights Ombudsman (PDH), Presidential Human Rights Commission (Copredeh), Attorney-General’s Office (PGN), and International Commission Against Impunity in Guatemala (Cicig).
