She has experience in civil, commercial, and constitutional litigation. As a student at Rafael Landívar University, she participated in the ICC Costa Rica Interuniversity Arbitration Competition in February 2024, where her team won first place. Her undergraduate thesis was based on an analysis of cases related to investment arbitration.
Kristhel is interested in commercial arbitration, finance, and international business, and she continues to further her education and specialize in these areas to strengthen her professional profile and provide comprehensive service to clients.
