Experience

Julio is a Junior Associate and prior to joining the Firm in 2016, he was Secretary of a Criminal Instance Court at the Judiciary, with temporary competence for high-risk processes and domain extinction. He was in charge of the processing and conduction of common and constitutional criminal proceedings, as well as of administrative duties regarding personnel organization in working units. He was the communication liaison with the procedural subjects, public, as well as international cooperation agencies.

He is a current member of the criminal litigation, fraud and criminal emergencies practice group, which includes the analysis, strategy planning and the management and prosecution of proceedings before the public entities involved in the justice sector (Judiciary, Attorney General's Office, among others).
