In addition to the minimum wage set, as applicable, workers must be paid the monthly incentive bonus of Q250 (US$32.5) established in Decree No. 78-89 of the Congress of the Republic. This benefit cannot be broken up in multiple payments.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Government Agreement also established some enforcement measures. Below is a summary of the most relevant ones:<\/p><ul style=\"text-align: justify;\"><li>The General Labor Inspectorate will verify compliance with the payment of the minimum wage set by activity and economic district.<\/li><li>Employers must have up-to-date records in accordance with the usual course of their activities and the location of their workplaces.<\/li><li>The amount set for the payment of the minimum wage is governed and determined by the location of the workplace.<\/li><li>Workers who earn per piece, a lump sum or for piecework shall not be harmed under no circumstances.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For more information, please do not hesitate to contact
