Mr. Carrillo Montiel is part of the Firm’s Litigation Practice Group. He has worked in Firm’s Corporate Law practice group, assisting clients in mergers and acquisitions, and bank liquidations, including financial groups operations in Guatemala. He has also assisted in matters related to Constitutional Law and Administrative Law.
Francisco Marroquin University, Attorney and Notary Public, (2010). He has additional education in the areas of Leadership and formation of Organizations, Stock Market Analysis, Financial law, International Public Law and Constitutional Law.
Joined the firm in 2008 as a legal assistant. He is currently assistant lecturer in Constitutional and Procedural Constitutional Law at Francisco Marroquin University.
