Mr. Callejas´ practice focuses on main aspects of Corporate Law. He has participated in due diligence procedures, from the investigation and analysis of legal structures, to the implementation, and coordination of data rooms for important local transactions. He has also assisted clients on incorporation of legal entities, distribution agreements, and finance operations. His experience also includes participation in incorporation of nonprofit organizations, and drafts of legal opinions. He is currently a member of the Firm’s Corporate Law practice group.
