Ms. Santacruz is part of the Firm’s Corporate Law practice group. Her practice focuses in corporate transactions and due diligence processes involving local and international corporations. She has contributed to the process of incorporation and restructuring of corporations, having assessed in commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, and drafting of corporate resolutions.
