Ms. Pineda has advised clients in important corporate transactions, including assessment regarding warranties and representations, and letters of intent, being recognized for her outstanding management capabilities, client service and communication skills.
She has also participated in Project Finance negotiations involving complex financial structures and granting of securities.
Her experience includes complex due diligence projects, investigation and drafting of legal opinions, contracts, and court briefings.
She has also issued legal motions at an administrative level, and has promoted a successful unconstitutional action regarding tax matters at the Constitutional Court of Guatemala.
She has also experience in litigation, and Intellectual Property.

Professional Activities:

Ms. Pineda joined the firm Beltranena, De la Cerda y Chavez in 2004, joining Carrillo y Asociados through the merger of both firms in 2009. 
She is a member of the roster of arbitrators for Dispute Resolution regarding Free Trade Agreements, with Mexico, Taiwan and DR-CAFTA.
She is a former assistant Professor of Intellectual Property at Universidad Francisco Marroquin, and has additional education in finance, e-commerce, securities, and Alternate Dispute Resolution studies locally and abroad in matters of Free Trade Agreements.
