Ms. Saadeh practice is mainly focused in corporate law. She has handled several types of cases such as incorporation and amendments of companies and of nonprofit organizations, drafting of corporate resolutions, due diligence processes, and also commercial and real state contracts. She has been member of teams handling complex mergers and acquisitions, real state and banking transactions. The knowledge she has acquired has allowed her to advise companies of various industries, such as real state, telecommunications, and commercial companies.

Prior to joining the Firm in 2007, Ms Saadeh was member of the editorial board of Francisco Marroquin law review.
She has written 3 articles for the Law Review of Francisco Marroquin University on the following subject: “Legal conflicts that arise from the use of internet, and its impact in the Guatemalan Legal System”.
