Paola joined the Law Firm in 2018. She is a member of the Anti-Corruption, Compliance, Bankruptcy, Fraud and Insolvency Practice Group. In addition, she contributes with the Litigation Practice Group; specifically in Arbitration.

She has participated in the counseling of cross-border insolvency proceedings and in the logistics of distributions to depositors who have been victims. Furthermore, she has participated in asset identification and tracing in the local and international areas.

Paola has also participated in the preparation of defense strategies and potential procedural defense alternatives, both in the criminal and arbitration areas.

She has prepared compensation strategies and exposure analysis on criminal issues, identifying legal and reputational risks, including analysis on crimes related to electoral financing and the current amendments to such crimes.  

She has participated in the preparation of corporate compliance programs for several companies.

She is currently an assistant professor of the Real Rights in Alien Property Course at Universidad Francisco Marroquin.
