Mynor, as a specialist member of the Civil, Commercial and Intellectual Property Litigation Team, has represented local and foreign clients in complex proceedings in constitutional, civil, commercial and industrial property issues. He also has experience in proceedings against the State of Guatemala, as well as in arbitration and social audit.
His practice area includes the solution of disputes in specific issues, such as trusts, collection enforcement proceedings, bankruptcy proceedings, seizure and return of assets, damages, as well as disputes between shareholders.
He also counsels private universities of the country in the defense of their rights and for the development of private higher learning. He also counsels international bodies which defend Human Rights in Guatemala.
