Sofía is a current member of the Fraud and Emergencies Criminal Litigation practice group. Her practice is mainly focused on analyzing, researching and strategy preparation to preserve the freedom and innocence of the client, or to ensure that the client obtains the justice he (she) demands.
Her experience focuses on constitutional law, such as constitutional relief proceedings, facial or as-applied challenges and other areas of Criminal Law, such as money laundering, asset forfeiture proceedings, procedures in the public administration, administrative challenges and proceedings, interinstitutional agreement analysis, case conduction and coordination with governmental institutions (Public Prosecutor’s Office, the Judiciary, National Civil Police, among others) for the correct administration of government assets and the coordination of investigations, strategy preparation and analysis for the good handling of criminal and constitutional proceedings.
