Sara is a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions, Competition Law and Labor Law Practice Group of the Law Firm. Her practice is focused on corporate transactions, restructurings, acquisition processes and due diligence that involves local and international companies; and labor counseling in the incorporation process and in the day-to-day operations of local companies.
She has contributed in company restructuring processes, including the drafting of commercial contracts, shareholders’ agreements and articles of association; estate planning of individuals with investments in different jurisdictions and negotiation for the liquidation of shareholders in local and international companies.
