Rodolfo has advised multinational corporations and multilateral entities in corporate and finance matters. He has participated in complex M&A and significant activities in the Central American region. He contributes to the Litigation Practice Group with experience in international transactions arbitration, and litigation, also having acted as expert witness abroad.
He is regarded as an expert in Natural Resources, Energy and Project Finance and he has acted as counsel for many international financial institutions in the negotiation of loans and implementation of financial instruments.

He is a Member of the Board of Directors of the National Electrification Institute (INDE).
He is also a former Professor of Economic Law at Francisco Marroquín University in Guatemala, and has participated as legal advisor and Board Member to many renowned local associations.
